Is there Good News amongst the bad?                                                                                                                           If you could ask God one question what would it be?                                                                                                                          Think you might be a Christian but can't be sure?                                                                                                                           Wonder if Jesus is relevant in 2006 .... or even real?  

Christianity Explored is a series of informal weekly meetings which presents the Christian faith in a clear and user friendly way for anyone asking these or similar questions. Whether you've never been to church before or have been going to church for years, Christianity Explored provides an opportunity to look more closely at these issues.

Whether you just want to know what Jesus really said or did or would like a clearer understanding of what you already know, without being pressured into anything, this is for you. Christianity Explored will take place in Ormiston Church on Tuesday 19th September. Everything is provided and there is nothing to pay.

The evening starts at 7.00pm with a meal and time to chat. After a short time in groups we watch a video together. Each evening ends with an opportunity to talk in our small groups about what we have seen and heard. The evening will end at 9.00pm sharp.

Q: - Can I just turn up at the first meeting without "booking in"?

 A: - Of course you can and you will me made very welcome. However it does help us to prepare meals and groups if we have an idea how many are coming.

Q: - Can I bring a friend?

A: - Of course you can.

Q: - If I come the first week and decide it is not for me will people hassle me to come back?

A: - Not at all. You are free to come and go as you please.

Q: - Will I be expected to read, pray or sing?

A: - Not at all. We wont ask you to do anything that makes you feel unsettled. You can ask any question you want or just feel free to sit and listen.
